　　Eight major application scenarios

　　As early as 2021, the industrial brain of the chemical industry (fluorosilicone and electronic chemistry) has initially built 6 application scenarios, integrated and developed 46 industrial APPs, applied and accessed 72 companies, and connected more than 113,000 chemical equipment. The number of data points reached 52,200, forming 50 capability components and common technologies, 38 Zhejiang Industrial Brain Capability Centers, and 79 sets of "zero manual operation" APC intelligent manufacturing systems.

　　Click on the computer, and the "operation status, industrial ecology, new smart manufacturing applications, application markets, industry industry data warehouses" and other information on the industrial brain are clear at a glance. The relevant person in charge of Juhua Information said that the current number of enterprise-level application scenarios has been expanded to 8, namely Zero manual operation, hazardous chemical logistics (56168 system), bidding and procurement, financial sharing, smart inspection, production management (MES system), and the two major application scenarios of "training and learning" and "contractor management" are currently being further optimized and improved. The chemical (fluorosilicone and electronic chemistry) industry industrial brain was successfully put on the Zhejiang Provincial Industrial Brain Capability Center in 2022. In 2023, the user systems of the two were opened, and 70 capability components and 1 model room were put on the shelves.

　　At present, the chemical (fluorosilicone and electronic chemistry) industry brain is connected to and serves 90 chemical companies inside and outside the province, accounting for more than half of the province's 150 regulated companies in the chemical industry. Among 90 companies, there are more than 200 active users who have registered and use Industrial Brain daily.

　　Among them, the number of companies that have launched zero-manual operation application scenarios is 14, the number of companies that have launched hazardous chemicals logistics application scenarios is 90, the number of companies that have launched recruitment and procurement application scenarios is 81, the number of companies that have launched financial sharing is 23, and the number of companies that have launched smart patrol The number of companies online for inspection is 10, and the number of companies online for production management is 14. If you include the upstream and downstream customers, suppliers or carriers of related applications in the application scenario, the number of service customers reaches more than 30,000.

　　Why can this industrial brain achieve good results? It is the result of many years of accumulation in the early stage, and it also relies on the joint efforts of government and enterprises to promote it. According to the relevant person in charge of Juhua Information Company, if there is zero manual operation, Juhua will start to promote it in 2021. Currently, it has achieved full coverage of Juhua's chemical production equipment. The bidding and procurement platform has been applied since 2014, and the 56168 hazardous chemicals transportation system has As early as 2012, it was piloted across the province.
