Spinning Oil CG666 & CG668
The product consists of CG666 and CG668, which is suitable for the pre-spinning and post-spinning of polyester staple fiber. It provides fiber with marvelous antistatic property, spinnability, bundling and stretching.

1. Features of Product
(1) Excellent trafficability during the process of producing raw cotton.
(2) Good fiber-bundling in the spinning process.
(3) Good stretching in the stretch process.
(4) Excellent trafficability during the spinning process.
(5) Good trafficability in cotton carding, especially having a good performance during high-speed cotton carding.
(6) Rarely curling round the roll and little cast in every process.
(7) Moisture and temperature have very small influence on OPU. This product can make fiber gain both stability and excellent spinnability.
2. Target OPU
Single spinning/Cotton mixed spinning: 0.15%-0.18%
Viscose mixed spinning: 0.15%-0.20%
3. Methods of Application
(1) The calculation of oil dosage
Application amount of oil = amount of required emulsion × concentration × rate/effective component
Application amount of water = amount of required emulsion – application amount of oil
(2) Requirements for water quality
Electrical conductivity Below 10μs/cm (below 5μs/cm is best)
Hardness Below 3mg/L (calcium carbonate)
PH 5.0-7.0
Silicon dioxide Below 0.1ppm
(3) Recommended ratio and concentration
For pre-spinning/stretching: CG 666/CG 668=30/70-70/30 (Effective component ratio)
For post-spinning: CG 666/CG 668=70/30 (Effective component ratio)
Note: Ratio and concentration for pre-spinning/stretching shall be adjusted appropriately according to the manufacturing equipment/process conditions. Also, please adjust concentration of post-spinning oil by the target OPU.
4. Package and Storage
Packaged in a plastic or an iron drum. The net weight is 200kg. Please avoid direct sunlight and keep it at proper temperature (10-40℃) indoors, and this product’s quality guarantee period lasts for 6 months.
5. Notices
(1) In the process of using this product, an appropriate amount of preservative and defoamer can be added.
(2) Do not mix with any cation-type finish oil.
