Spinning Oil CG128
The product is a kind of pre/post spinning oil for two-dimensional solid fiber and three-dimensional hollow fiber. This product can provide fiber with excellent antistatic property, lubrication, soft touch, cohesion and fluffiness.

1. Methods of Application
(1) Recommended finish concentration：pre-spinning：0.1%-0.3%, post-spinning：1.0%-2.0%. Users can adjust the finish concentration according to their own technologies.
(2) Add a certain amount of soft water into the preparation tank, and heat up to 35℃-45℃, start to churn, then mix with a corresponding amount of CG128, keep churning for 15-30min.
(3) This product may become mushy at a low temperature. It will achieve equivalent effect after being churned evenly.
2. Notices
(1) This product cannot be mixed with any anionic finish oil together.
(2) Keep the product in a cool ventilated place, avoid low-temperature freezing and away from high-temperature exposure.
(3) Valid period: Within 6 months.
3. Packaging and Transportation
For product packaging, iron or plastic drums are usually used, and transport as non-dangerous article.
4. Safety Tips
Please follow the industrial hygiene procedures and wear safety goggles and protective gloves when using chemical products. If liquid comes in direct contact with eyes,
immediately flush eyes with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention. If liquid spill occurs, handle it with adsorbing materials, such as sand, soil and wood.
Store the liquid spill into trash barrels and follow local regulations for handling. Before using the product, please carefully read the manufacture’s data sheets and the container labels for safe operation.
